We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our people team and ensure seamless operations within the HR department. This role focuses on administrative support, recruitment assistance, record maintenance, and employee communication—all essential functions to keep the HR engine running smoothly.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems (HRIS/ATS)

Capability to multitask and manage time effectively
Understanding of basic HR policies, processes, and labor compliance
Empathy and interpersonal skills to support employees effectively
Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations, including administrative support to HR staff
Maintain and update employee files—both physical and digital—with accuracy
Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling
Support onboarding of new hires: documentation, orientation scheduling
Act as a liaison point for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Aid in payroll preparation by providing attendance, leave, and absence data
Organize training sessions, staff events, and HR team meetings; take minutes when needed
Assist with offboarding logistics: exit documentation and conducting exit interviews
Prepare HR-related documentation and reports
Handle clerical tasks—emails, HR communications, and record archiving
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous
Familiarity with HR concepts, onboarding procedures, and record management
Discretion, professionalism, and ability to maintain employee trust
