- Assist with creating backups, data exports, and database maintenance tasks
- Gather additional information or clarification when data is missing or unclear
- Prepare basic reports or summaries as needed by seniors
- Adhere to data integrity, confidentiality, and security guidelines at all times
- Help maintain a neat and organized filing system—both digital and physical, where applicable
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or improve data processes
