We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who will play a key role in managing our financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting audits, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance. This role demands strong analytical skills, integrity, and a proactive attitude to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure timely filing of returns including GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
- Manage internal audits and support external audit processes.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts with departmental collaboration.
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to support strategic decisions.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and guide junior finance team members.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Develop financial reports and present key insights to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI or equivalent
- Bachelor’s in Commerce or Finance; MBA or M.Com is a plus
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or any major accounting software
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High ethical standards and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple financial priorities
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (Fresher CAs may apply for entry-level roles)
- Experience in statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and MIS reporting
- Prior work in an audit firm, manufacturing, or corporate finance environment is an advantage
