In this role, you’ll collaborate with various departments—from marketing and PR to product development—to ensure a seamless, consistent brand narrative.
Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights)
Solid understanding of SEO, web development basics, and content optimization
Creative flair for content creation, including visual and written content
Excellent communication—written and verbal—and strong organizational abilities
Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving social media trends and platforms
Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goal
Develop engaging content and manage daily posting schedules across channels
Monitor feedback, engage with users, and foster a positive online community
Track performance metrics and produce insightful reports with actionable recommendations
Coordinate influencer programs and assist with paid social campaign execution
Collaborate with marketing, PR, design, and customer service teams for unified messaging
Mentor junior staff or manage external agency partnerships as needed
Keep abreast of evolving trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging tools to drive innovation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
6 Months of proven experience managing social media in corporate or agency settings
Optional certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Social) or experience with AI-driven tools are a plus
